Refined wheat flour, Coconut Milk Powder, MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides derived from coconut, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cardamom Powder
How to Prepare
Step 1: Sugar Syrup - Boil 500 g sugar in 1000 ml water for 8-10 minutes. Keep warm.
Step 2: Dough - Empty the premix into a bowl. Gradually add 70 ml water and knead to form a soft dough. Add 20 ml oil and knead until smooth.
Step 3: Shape & Fry - Make medium-sized balls and fry on low to medium heat until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 4: Soak - Immerse fried balls in warm sugar syrup for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
