- Whisk using a bamboo whisk until a "microfoam" is formed
- Add 120 mL hot water (not boiling) to the whisked matcha and enjoy hot
To make a perfect iced latte:
- Sift 2g (about 1 tsp) matcha and whisk with 30 mL hot water at 80º C
- Add 90-100 g ice and 100 mL oat/almond milk to a glass (Dairy milk can also be used)
