The protein of the Almonds and Amaranth ,Carbohydrates of the Beaten rice and Jowar flakes along with the antioxidant Almonds and Dates makes it nutrition packed cereal. The cereal has been flavoured with STAR ANISE TO MAKE IT MORE TASTEFUL AND HENCE CAN BE ENJOYED AS AN ALL DAY SNACK AS WELL. The Granola contains Sweet Potato which is highly nutritious and loaded with minerals. Sweet Potato and Jowar helps maintain healthy sugar levels since they have low glycemic index .Amaranth is one of few plant based protein which contains Lysine (an essential amino acid ) Almonds are in rich in Vit E, Calcium Magnesium and Iron. The Dates Granola contains:_ Amaranth(25%) Jowar flakes 25% , Dates 10% , Almonds 7% Rice flakes ,Jaggery and star Anise. Packed with nutrients, fiber and vitamins, our Millet Granola provides sustained energy throughout the day. Amaranth is one of the few plant based sources of amino acid Lysine (protien) . Amaranth is good source Manganese , Magnesium and Iron. Almonds are rich in Vit E, Calcium, Zinc and Minerals. Jowar contains SDS (slow digestible starch) in good amounts. SDS has a functional property which prolongs the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates in the intestine, SDS is good for dietary management and for metabolic disorders such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Jowar has a good amount of Vit K , Magnesium and Zinc. Amaranth and Jowar are rich in dietary fibre. The product contains sweet potato which is highly nutritious and loaded with minerals. Sweet potato has Low Glycemic Index(GI) when boiled ,which means it will not raise the blood sugar levels as quickly as high GI foods.
