Ever wondered why a bride and groom have a knot tied between them while circling around the holy fire during marriage? A knot is not just a manner to bind fabrics or materialistic things together but also intangible emotions and relations. For some it would just connote a tool of fashion or decoration while for some it might attest the node of a relation. The copper hue of the design was also to signify how one's efforts can make a knot even out of a stiff material such as metal.
